We’re off to another record-breaking start with the 2012 University Challenge! If you haven’t heard, the university challenge is an opportunity for students to compete for prizes while learning how to use the research tools they’ll need to complete assignments and ultimately succeed in the workplace. Here’s who’s crushing the records this year:
Last year, students from more than 600 universities worldwide submitted more than 12,000 entries in the University Challenge. This year, we’re introducing new questions every week, new weekly prizes, and a leaderboard so you always know how you stack up to the competition.
This year’s awesome prizes include the new iPad, Beats headphones and more.
We’ve been in the game for nearly two weeks! Check out our top schools so far:
1. State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY) — 252 Entries
2. Middle East Technical University (METU – ODTU)- ANKOS Consortium — 146 Entries
3. Case Western Reserve University — 60 Entries
